During our complimentary consultation, each segment of the wedding planning process is explained.   Those items you would like us to be involved in will be identified, and then we'll manage your event with complete take-charge professionalism and follow-through.    

So go ahead, have the "Time of Your Life" with friends and family while we handle all the details.  With us as your wedding planner, you'll feel like a bride needs to feel during her marriage season:  Supported.  Because as my dad used to say, "We Mean Bidness!"

Our standard services and policies apply to all packages:

  • Use the "Package" format as a guideline to help you determine how much or little help you want in planning your wedding. 

  • In many cases the services you wish to have can be switched out for services not desired in the package format.   A personal quote designed for your specific event will be created after our initial conversation.

  • Business hours - Our business hours are 9am-4pm, Tuesday through Friday. Our evenings are booked by appointment. Typically, we are working events on Saturdays. Sunday and Monday are our days off.   We may occasionally do client work in the evenings so you may receive an email from your planner outside of normal work hours. Please know that we do not expect a response from you during the evening hours.

  • A consultation to discuss your theme or style, color scheme, as well as an opportunity to understand your goals and priorities and workup a planning timeline is included in all of our packages.

Full Planning and Design

Five in-person meetings. 

  • Guidance, design and execution of your theme.

  • Guidance on modern reception room seating options and assistance with seating charts. 

  • Vendor referrals (5) pricing and confirmations.

  • Create a realistic budget based on vendor estimates and the number of guests you wish to have.

  • Organize room blocks for out of town guests.

  • Organize transportation for wedding couple after the reception or coordinate wedding night hotel accommodations.

  • Point of Contact between Vendors, Venues and the wedding party.  Coordinate special needs made by vendors.

  • Management of the guest list & seating charts.

  • Collecting RSVP's

  • Make recommendations on rental companies; linen, china, flatware, liability insurance if necessary, bar facade, dance floor, etc.

  • Arranging times for entertainment.

  • Reception Styling.

  • Confirm final guest count and advise vendor services (caterer and venue) accordingly.

  • Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal scheduling and guidance.

  • Creation of a "Wedding Day" itinerary, listing the events of the day in detail.  Distribution of same to the wedding party and service providers.

  • For DIY brides, set-up of your reception items.

  • Organize send-off supplies; bubble machine, etc.

On Your Wedding Day:

  • Coordination and managing the smooth flow of "Wedding Day" itinerary.   Maintain communication with family and members of the wedding party, vendors and officiant, advising schedule and any changes made.  Make sure everyone and everything is where it should be.

  • Facility, vendor and delivery personnel contact person throughout the course of the event.  Coordinate setup and breakdown of vendor equipment.

  • Processional and Recessional guidance.

  • Separating and packing personal items and decorations for return to family or for pickup by rental company.

  • Our "Wedding Day Toolbox,” for last minute needs.

Partial Planning

  • Four in-person meetings.

  • Create a realistic budget based on vendor estimates and the number of guests you wish to have.

  • Point of Contact between Vendors, Venues and the wedding party.  Coordinate special needs made by vendors.

  • Confirm final guest count and advise vendor services (caterer and venue) accordingly.

  • Creation of a "Wedding Day" itinerary, listing the events of the day in detail.  Distribution of same to the wedding party and service providers at Ceremony Rehearsal.

  • Ceremony Rehearsal scheduling and guidance.

On Your Wedding Day:

  • Coordination and managing the smooth flow of "Wedding Day" itinerary.   Maintain communication with family and members of the wedding party, vendors and officiant, advising schedule and any changes made.  Make sure everyone and everything is where it should be.

Month of Coordination

  • Initial meeting one month or more prior to event.

  • Guidance on modern reception room seating options. 

  • Vendor referrals (3) pricing and assistance with confirmations.

  • Confirm final guest count and advise vendor services (caterer and venue) accordingly.

  • Creation of a "Wedding Day" itinerary, listing the events of the day in detail.  Distribution of same to the wedding party and service providers.

  • Email and Phone Support - Starting at 30 days prior to the wedding, your planner will become available to answer wedding related questions through phone and email during regular business hours. You can expect a response from your planner within 48 hours during the workweek.

 

On Your Wedding Day:

  • Coordination and managing the smooth flow of "Wedding Day" itinerary.   Maintain communication with family and members of the wedding party, vendors and officiant, advising schedule and any changes made.  Make sure everyone and everything is where it should be.

  • Facility, vendor and delivery personnel contact person throughout the course of the event.

  • Processional and Recessional guidance.

  • Separating and packing personal items and decorations for return to family or for pickup by rental company.

  • Our "Wedding Day Toolbox,” for last minute needs.
